Paper Submission Guidelines
We invite authors to submit high-quality, original research abstracts and papers—either experimental or theoretical—for presentation at ICNTM25. Submitted abstracts and papers must be previously unpublished and should not be under review for publication elsewhere. Please ensure that your abstract and papers adhere to the formatting and submission requirements outlined below.
Submission Requirements:

- The submitted paper will be converted to PDF format and transferred to a CD with a search engine. For this purpose, please click here to download the TEMPLATE file which is prepared in MS Word format.
- The order of elements in the paper should be as follows: after the title, include the author’s name, and the institution they are affiliated with, followed by abstract, the main text, and references.
- The paper must be written in Times New Roman (12-point font) with single spacing to ensure uniformity across all submissions on the CD.
- Figures must be prepared digitally, supported by the software you use, and placed near where they are referenced in the text.
- References within the text should be indicated by sequential numbers in square brackets (following the Elsevier Numeric style).
- The full paper, including figures and references, must not exceed 15 pages.
- References should be provided in a separate section at the end of the text, following this format:
Books: Author names, book title, publisher, date.

Submission Process Guidelines:
Step 1: Link ICNTM25 to your Microsoft CMT account
If you do not have a Microsoft CMT account, please register first (Register → Create New Account → Fill in the required information → Register → Email verification). Once registered, log in to your CMT account. From the “Conference List” page, click “All Conferences” and add ICNTM2025 to your list. You will then be redirected to the “Author Console” page for paper submission. (Ensure that ICNTM2025 is displayed in the upper-right corner.)
Step 2: Submit Your Abstract
In the “Author Console” page, click “Create New Submission” to submit the title, abstract, and author information. Please ensure your abstract follows the provided template format before submitting it.

Plagiarism Policy:
We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy on plagiarism, as it constitutes serious academic misconduct. All submitted papers will be checked for originality using iThenticate. To ensure compliance, the maximum acceptable similarity index, including references, is 30%.
Authors are strongly encouraged to ensure that their submissions are free from plagiarism before submitting.
Review Process:
All submissions will undergo a thorough peer-review process by domain experts from the Technical Program Committee. Abstracts will be evaluated based on their originality, relevance, technical content, and clarity.
